Responsibilities
Project Description:
- The team supports a suite of web-based applications that automate data management for IC data custodians.
- The products facilitate the capture of information and approvals that allow for the movement of data through the customer mission space in a compliant manner.
- These products are critical to standardize and simplify data movement as well as data reuse and integration with downstream tools.
Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will become a member of a mature software development effort using Java as the primary language.
- The development effort uses Agile methods to assign, track and manage software activities and requirements within the team.
- This position will allow a software developer to develop and broaden their skills in the Java language as well as use technologies such as Quarkus and PrimeFaces.
- Use of these technologies allows for full stack development, to include ease of building User Interfaces.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI with current polygraph required
- At least five (5) years of experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university is highly desired
- A relevant bachelor’s degree will be considered equivalent to two (2) years of experience.
- At least one of the following certifications:
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate
- AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer – Associate
- AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional
- AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
